About Me
After a long career in the corporate world, I made the decision to change careers and obtained my California real estate license in 2003 and in 2019 I obtained my Oregon real estate license. During these years, I have been able to gather a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, from being a loan officer, working in new home construction sales, resale, and office administration, for both small family-owned brokerages as well as giants like Zillow. In 2015 I decided to start applying these experiences towards running my own transaction processing business.
Working as a Transaction Coordinator has been by far the most exciting aspect of my long career. I enjoy being in touch with realtors from different brokerages and connecting on a daily basis with the many entities involved; lenders, escrow officers, title reps, as well as other Transaction Coordinators. I’ve had the pleasure of building excellent relationships with my clients and service providers and have had the honor of earning their trust and faith in my work, knowing that their transactions are in good hands.
Outside of work, I am the proud single mom of one grown son who is the light of my life. When I’m not at my computer, I spend my free time with my faithful companion Byron, a Daschund-Terrier, and enjoy the company of many wonderful friends, some old, some new, some who live in various parts of the world, and others nearby. I do a lot of crafting, reading, walking, and enjoy my daily dose of puzzles.
